Eastern Market Street Fair and' Henna/Mehndi

New Note 13

Eastern Market

The Saturday street fair celebrating the re-opening of Eastern Market was a pure joy for me. Now only did I do henna, but I meet
some very wonderful women, plus one gentleman who wound up being a spokesman for me while I worked.
Of course my most pleasant surprise was the discovery of the amount of people who were familiar with Henna Mehandi, Mehndi and its art and application.
I have had a few calls about the staining of the henna so I have decided to post some information here in about the 'curring process' of your henna design. Once the past has dried and removed you will see a bright orange color. This color will deepen to its full depth within 48 hours from the time of application and in a few cases it has taken 3 days. This is why I call it a 'Henna Experience' because it's like it has it's own surprise in store for you as you forget about it then look back to see it has darkened since the last time you looked!
So enjoy your Henna/Mehndi and the many days of wear.
