Doing Henna Mehndi in Luxor

My visit home to Luxor brought many surprises and artistic challenges, one being the upgrade and remodeling of the family home in  Al Qurna. It made me realize we in America take for granted our living conditions and what's available to remodel like good paint! It was fun and I'd love to do this again.

Of course i had plenty of time to do some Henna Mehndi while advocating the use of natural Henna and not the chemically altered 'black henna' they use!

I will be leaving soon. I look forward to my trip to India and will miss the warm intense sun of Luxor. Below is a view of the beautiful full moon over the Nile.
